FairPour Coffee Roasters, a popular coffee shop originally established in Fairport, is set to open a new location in Rochester, New York. Mike Infarinato, the owner, has a history of selecting vibrant and active locations for his coffee shops. The first FairPour shop opened in 2016 in Fairport's Box Factory and later moved to The Cannery, a bustling entertainment complex. The second location was launched in Ithaca's Ironworks building in March. The upcoming Rochester shop will be situated in the VIDA Building at 47 Savannah St., in the Neighborhood of Play, near attractions like The Strong National Museum of Play. Infarinato is enthusiastic about the new space, which offers ample room for outdoor seating and aims to integrate into the local community.
