Van Oord, a prominent maritime contractor, has been awarded a contract for the land reclamation of Naïa Island Dubai. This new development is situated off the coast of Jumeirah and is part of a larger initiative by Shamal Holding. The project will cover approximately 13 hectares and feature 6 kilometers of beaches, designed to emulate the natural beauty of an untouched island.
