Israeli company Plasan has broadened its armor solutions beyond armoured vehicles to include aircraft and warships. Plasan's vice-president for marketing and business development, Gilad Ariav, revealed that the company has supplied 40,000 kitted hulls to 50 customers, potentially including Ukraine. The armor kits, made from lightweight composite materials such as kevlar, ceramics, polyethylene, and armoured steel, are designed for easy installation in the end-user country. Plasan's products are used in various military vehicles, including Oshkosh MRAPs, Navistar MaxxPro MRAPs, and Humvees.
