The equity raising consists of a pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise A$48.0 million and a two-tranche placement to raise approximately A$21.9 million. The offer is fully underwritten by Canaccord and Shaw, who are also serving as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners. The offer price is set at A$0.30 per new share, with Tees River Uranium Fund pre-committing to subscribe for A$22.5 million. The funds will be utilized to ramp up production at the Lance Project, advance wellfield development, and reduce risks associated with future wellfield development at the Kendrick and Dagger projects. Additionally, a portion of the funds will cover termination payments under sales contracts. The company plans to complete commissioning of the Central Processing Plant by the September 2025 quarter and continue ramp-up activities through 2026.
