The incidents occurred between 2007 and 2022 in various states, including California, Texas, Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Missouri. The pools have been sold since 2002 at major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon, among others. Consumers are advised to contact the manufacturers for a repair kit and to ensure that children cannot access the pools unattended.
