AlixPartners, a global consulting firm, has partnered with Soles4Souls to drive social impact and sustainability through pro bono services. Soles4Souls transforms unwanted shoes and clothing into opportunities for those in need, helping people in developing countries start businesses. Their 4EveryKid program provides new athletic shoes to children experiencing homelessness in the U.S., aiming to serve over 1 million children by 2030. AlixPartners conducted a review of Soles4Souls' U.S. distribution network, recommending strategies to improve efficiency and scale the 4EveryKid program. Additionally, AlixPartners employees donated over 1,000 shoes to support the initiative.
