VFS Global Academy has announced a strategic partnership with BorderPlus, a workforce mobility platform, to train Indian professionals for global careers. The collaboration aims to equip selected candidates with essential skills through tailored programs, including Pre-Departure Orientation (PDOT) and Soft Skill Training sessions. These programs will be conducted at six VFS Global Academy centers across India, focusing on cultural norms, workplace expectations, and everyday systems in new countries. The initiative is designed to ensure candidates are well-prepared to integrate and succeed professionally and culturally abroad.
