The hotel will feature 99 rooms and suites, along with dining options, a banquet hall, and a fitness center. Located near the Nepal-India border and Chandragadi Domestic Airport, the hotel aims to attract business travelers and tourists. This marks the second collaboration between IHG and Hotel Eastern Nepal Pvt Ltd, following the launch of Holiday Inn Resort Kathmandu Budhanilkantha.
