Urjit allegedly convinced Dikesh to hand over client files and payments totaling Rs 1.02 crore for processing visa applications. Despite repeated assurances, Urjit failed to deliver genuine documents, providing fake visas and sponsor letters instead. When confronted, Urjit returned the client files and issued cheques for reimbursement, which subsequently bounced.
