Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is seeking a private-sector partner for a £667.2m water infrastructure program across two sites in South Wales. The Cwm Taf Scheme involves constructing a new treatment works at Dan-y-Castell Farm in Merthyr Tydfil and upgrading the existing facility at Llwyn-onn in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. The project aims to secure drinking water supplies for over three million customers, aligning with Welsh Government objectives under the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
