The hotel director, David Wilhelm, and his team greeted the first guests, including the Hagman Kadri family from Sweden, who were on a European tour. The hotel features 217 rooms and suites, a modern lobby, a restaurant with a terrace, and an elegant bar. Additionally, it offers a health and beauty spa area with a pool, saunas, and a whirlpool. The hotel is strategically located near Mainz's old quarter, providing easy access to cultural attractions and the hospitality scene.
