Golden Globes Awards 2026 Winners List: Hollywood’s awards season kicked off in style today, January 12 IST with the 83rd Golden Globes at the Beverly Hilton in California, drawing top stars, buzzing premieres,

Leading the night was One Battle After Another, which had nine nominations and walked away with four major wins: Best Film – Musical or Comedy, Best Director, Best Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actor (Female). The film’s sweep highlighted its critical acclaim and strong performances.

On the small screen, Netflix’s Adolescence dominated the Best Limited Series category, winning four awards including Best Limited Series, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor (Male), and Best Supporting Actor (Female). The show’s recognition confirmed its status as a favorite among voters this awards season.

The Pitt also made waves, taking home Best Actor (Drama) and Best Series in the Television category, while Hamnet won Best Drama (Film) and Best Actress for Jessie Buckley, cementing its impact as one of the year’s most celebrated dramas.

This year’s ceremony introduced a new category: Best Podcast. Amy Poehler’s Good Hang with Amy Poehler won the inaugural award, beating out fellow nominees and marking a first in the Globes’ history of recognizing audio content.

In the Best Actor (Drama/Film) category, Wagner Moura made history by winning for The Secret Agent. His victory was a milestone for Brazilian cinema, as the film also earned the award for Best Non-English Language Film.
