Bengaluru, among others. Now, reportedly, the Bengaluru police have registered an FIR against Bastian, owned by actor Shilpa Shetty, for allegedly operating beyond permitted hours and allowing late-night parties in violation of rules.

\nAccording to the latest reports, Bastian continued its operations until 1.30 am on December 11, beyond the stipulated closing time. Police have booked cases against the managers and staff of the establishment for violating the rules. The complaint has been filed at the Cubbon Park Police Station since Bastian is located on St. Mark’s Road in the city. \n

\nBack in September, it was speculated that Shilpa's iconic Bandra restaurant in Mumbai, Bastian, was shutting down. However, later she revealed that they are turning Bastian into a South Indian restaurant named Ammakai and are shifting Bastian to Juhu with the name Bastian Beach Club. Shilpa posted a clip on social media where she was heard saying on a call, \"No, I am not shutting down Bastian, I promise.\"\n

For the unversed, businessman Deepak Kothari has alleged that Shilpa and Raj conspired to cheat him of more than 60 crores. He claimed that the money given in the name of business expansion between 2015 and 2023 was actually squandered on personal expenses.\n
