issue whjich consists of a issue of fresh shares of 2.26 crore aggregating to Rs 816.00 crores and offer for sale of 2.69 crore shares aggregating to Rs 972.62 crores. The bidding process opens today (Jan 13) and ends on Jan 16, 2026.

A total of 2.22 crore equity shares were placed with anchor investors. Among the anchor round participants were SBI Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, HDFC AMC, Motilal Oswal AMC, Franklin India, PGIM India, and Helios.

Considering a rice band of Rs 361.00, Amagi Media Labs IPO’s estimated listing price will come to Rs 381 which indicates a listing gain of 5.54%. The GP was Rs 37 on Jan 11.
